"Terrible. I booked o er the 📞 on Friday with a live person. Was ready to head to Pittsburgh on Saturday with my kids and the person there never finalized things. I had to call and do it over 📞 again and due to the concert Bruno Mars, the price for the room went higher. We got there and after ✅ in, we immediately had to get ready.
