"Great clean new hotel. Only complaint is the laundry, the prices arent listed and I spent a small fortune doing laundry during a camping trip, should've just gone to a laundromat. "

"Parking was ok , nearby to food and shopping Clean rooms every other day this is great but did not refill toilet paper or wipe down counters. Front desk and breakfast staff amazing. Would recommend and go again. Love the slide pool"

"Our stay was welcomed by friendly staff. We had a Mountain View room which was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for future trips to North Conway. "

"The staff was very friendly the room was very clean in the renovations were very appealing. Also they had just opened the restaurant in the meal was very good service was excellent overall I would recommend this hotel."

"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "
