"Dead bugs in every room, live spiders with piles of cobwebs webs. Host didn't care about the poor level of effort towards providing a clean property to enter and when confronted, was arrogant, condescending and hostile. Your property was unclean, you and your staff failed, not our fault. Clearly hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in weeks maybe longer, only a quick hoover of the main pathway before our arrival."

There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. We could even all sit together around the large table in the kitchen to eat together. Beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet. "Lovely cottage but not where Expedia show it in the town centre. Longden common is nice and the red lion pub just down the road is a good place to eat. Stairs a very steep so something to be aware of not mentioned in details about the rental. "
