"Hotel was close to tram service, and convenience stores, however if wasn't mentioned on the booking site that a large 90 storey building site, currently at level 29, was directly opposite our room, producing a lot of noise from 6.30am ish to early evenings. The balcony couldn't be used due to the noise. It wasn't until after we booked that we were informed the large outdoor swimming pool with very nice beach was closed for maintenance. We didn't swim in the spa or pool as the water looked murky compared to pools at other places we have stayed at. The bed was two large singles pushed together not a queen bed per booking page, time it was replaced not very comfortable. The restaurant within the complex offered a buffet breakfast, but the hot food selection was cold as was the hot drinks. August 2026"
