"Clean rooms"

"Had to switch rooms after the 2nd night. The ceiling was leaking water. There was black mold on the ceilings in the closet and bathroom. The 2nd night the air conditioner plug outlet sparked a flash fire and I had to unplug the cord. We were transferred to another room that was better but smelled like mildew. The out areas had broken glass on the walkways and in the parking lot. Dog crap and vomit on the sidewalks, exterior doors that were broken. Staff was friendly but showed little interest...

"Very pet friendly polices and room accommodations. You can walk right out your room or hall to the outside grass. We enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi. The water pressure was fantastic. A good variety for the free breakfast. Good hours available too."

"We booked the hotel with free breakfast and internet but we only got the internet. We went to the resto to have breakfast but was advised that we book to expedia that’s why there is no free breakfast."

"Advertise pool but it was not open and this information was not given to us at check in."

"We stayed 3 nights, second day put the hanger on for maid service, got back that night, didn't happen. Went down and got towels, they apologized put us on a "list" to get cleaned, got back that night, still didn't clean and no towels. Went back down at 9 pm and got towels. They never cleaned our room. Breakfast lady was very nice."
