South Suburbs hotel guide. Hard Rock Hotels hotel in South Suburbs, Illinois

Room was spotless and staff were super nice!

We stayed here just one night on route up from Nashville toward a road-trip around Lake Michigan. It was cost-effective and a good location but it was a very pleasant surprise. We didn't get a chance to use the casino but the room was exceptional - it felt brand new, all the amenities were great and the bed wonderfully comfortable - would thoroughly recommend if you aren't looking to stay in the centre and need somewhere south of the city

Great location from both airports. Lovely hotel clean and convenient

Miguel, Kristin and all of the hotel staff, went above and beyond to accommodate our many needs and unique situation. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. The provided guest amenities in the bathroom were thoughtful and very useful. Will stay again!

A fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel in an amazing city. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. River view suite was absolutely amazing. It made our stay perfect. The view of the river was wonderful. Thank you Erica for making this happen. Perfect location. Great breakfast. Beautifully clean room. Thank you to all.

Great and lovely staff really welcoming, room was absolutely spotless no complaints, will be coming again

Nice hotel - water bottles are not replenished daily. When asked for more water, I was told you have to buy them at $6 a bottle.

Lovely hotel Great location Very friendly and helpful staff

.

Perfect location, clean, big and comfortable room. Close to downtown attractions. Standard US breakfast (don’t expect European, which is much highway), but good to experience the difftence. For sur will stay again here next time.

Great location, decent restaurant & friendly staff. Recommended.

The hotel was great, the two ladies at the reception Lesley the manager and Miralda were excellent and helpful, there was another lady at the breakfast buffet who also was great, the breakfast buffet while simple is delicious especially the waffles. And again the staff are world class

The staff were so helpful from the moment we arrived, they couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. Beds were so comfortable. Being so close to the centre was brilliant and it was so quiet.

Good
