"I am writing regarding my stay at your resort from May 29, 2026 through June 1, 2026. On the morning of May 30, I attempted to make coffee in my room, only to discover that the coffee maker was not working. Before leaving for the day, I stopped by the front desk and informed the staff of the problem.
