"The staff made up for the fact the hotel building is a bit dated. Very clean, fantastic breakfast, close to Serpong train station and newer/modern Aeon Mall BSD City. "Cars have to get TICKET in/out! Irks me when friends&family pick me up and has to report their plates # to receptionist to go out free. Really embarrassing especially when they have to wait 5-10 min for me because I’m late."
