"I had a great vacation at Bandara Beach Resort. It is located in a very quiet part of Phuket. The ocean is calm and clear. The roof top pool was great to cool down from the heat while listening to great music. The bartender made very strong and tasty cocktails. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the fact that we couldn’t lounge on the beach chairs because they are owned by the Flamingo restaurant, which is apparently, a separate company from the hotel. The breakfast buffet, which was served...

"The resort has incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, and the ocean view is absolutely stunning if you book an ocean-view room. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The bed was extremely hard, almost like sleeping on a rock. I requested a mattress topper, and the staff brought one up immediately, which I really appreciated, but it only helped so much. The property itself also feels a bit dated and run down, and the walls are paper thin, making it difficult to...

"I had a ocean view room which was amazing, my only discomfort was it was a bit loud next to street and bungala road, also because of dark wood panels room seems a bit dark and dim. But the full wall of glass facing the beach was breathtaking"

"When we checked in and got to our hotel room, it was really old looking. Within an hour, the air conditioning stopped working. We have been traveling for a long time and we’re extremely tired. Now we had to move rooms. The new room that they moved us to was updated and really nice. However, the view was not as good. To compensate us they gave us a free dinner buffet. The Friday night barbecue buffet looked terrible. We chose not to get that. The Sunday night Thai buffet was super disappointing....

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The resort itself is beautiful, and my room was so clean, comfortable, and nicely kept. I booked a Limestone Cliff View room and was definitely not disappointed—the view was amazing! The housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay. I was also celebrating my birthday while I was there, and they surprised me with a cake and a cute elephant towel arrangement on my bed, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and...
