Me, personally, love the hotel. Everything is just fine to me. The mattress and pillows are medium-firm which works just fine for me. However, this hotel is not suitable for the seniors or people with accessability problem as every guest needs to climb up number of steps to the room. It is not really a pleasure moment for my mom. Nonetheless, the staffs are very helpful on fixing the problem. Really appreciated. If you are not having mobility problem, this will be one of the most value...

The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

Great hotel

I had a lovely relaxing time at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff made for an enjoyable time. Lovely room and pool with the beach close by. A large spread was available for breakfast. A very nice start to the day. Occasionally I found a staff member that could not grasp what I was asking in English. I treated myself to a manicure at the Zense Spa. I regretted my choice as I could have done a much better job with a pair of nail clippers.

Great location

Loved this hotel. I'd call it hip chic. Room was small but that didn't bother us. It's in a great location so we were able to walk everywhere. Don't book a taxi through the hotel. They charge you extra. Easy to find a taxi right outside.

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz

Great modern hotel. A bit of an oasis of calm in busy Phuket. Excellent sports facilities, great Muay Thai trainers in particular. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

Great Staff

We booked this hotel to spend time relaxing after a hectic 2 weeks travelling in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel did not fail to impress us and ensured we had an amazing 5 days here. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and always keen to help. We chose a swim-up room which allowed us to swim from our room straight to the pool bar! The hotel is very nice and clean, and well located in Patpong. Breakfast is varied fresh and delicious, all employees are very nice welcoming and helpful!! Every request is immediately responded. The pool on the roof is very nice and cool. We also had dinner at the restaurant. There’s also a bar restaurant with live music which is really nice!!

It was a pleasure had a great sleep , food was great, location romantic, definitely hirer a moped and visit the beach 🤘

Staff are excellent friendly and so helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfasts cater for all European and Asian and delicious. Plenty to do at the hotel too

Celes resort is beautiful. I stayed for 6 nights with my partner and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is clean and extremely well maintained, and they really pay attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was delicious, accompanied by wonderful views. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and care free stay in Samui.
