"Abandoned front for court, no parking. Extremely dated furniture and appliances. Two forks in the property when they were expecting a family of five. No curtains in master bedroom. Very uncomfortable futon for a child’s bed. Old worn out pool table in living room. Good point was the speediness of the replies from the manager when we had problems getting into the property and accessing the WiFi."

"Our stay was very good. All rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. The only problem was kitchen. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not great. Any cup, plate or pan we wanted to use had to be washed before it could be used. Otherwise we were happy with everything else. There was a problem with heating when we arrived but it has been quickly resolved by maintenance engineer."

Unsafe; no Smoke or Carbon Monoxide alarms anywhere in the property Unclean: molds growing around the bath and shower door Unclean: skirting boards full of long settled dust Unsuitable: no hanging place anywhere No wardrobe ,Rail or hooks clothes had to be hung on unclean door tops. No towel rail so towel had to be hung on...

"Back garden overgrown and strewn with rubbish and overflowing ashtrays. Not a very clean or safe environment if guests have children or dogs. The boiler pressure meant no hot water on several occasions. House was comfortable, but in need of some maintenance."
