"The hotel was beautiful, although it could use a little "refresh", but you could see how it was a very desirable hotel in its grandeur. All of the staff was very kind and helpful, the bar and separate lounge area made perfect places for our group of 6 to meet before heading out in the morning or wind down in the evening. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the location could not be beat, directly across the street from Cardiff Castle and walkable to tons of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend and stay again!"
