"Really nice one night break to gt away from it all. Everything was excellent only thing will request next time is a superior double room over the courtyard rather the outside of hotel as we were overlooking staff area and were woken by trolleys at 8am. That was room 225 but must say beautiful room, very comfortable bed and bathroom modern and very clean. The restaurant food is excellent and very good value and friendly helpful staff. "I had a great stay at this hotel for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean shower. Could connect to the TV to watch the likes of YouTube or watch normal channels. Room service, although I didn't use this. A lovely restaurant with lovely food..and the staff were fantastic. Even checked me in an hour early. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I highly recommend booking."

"The lobby is very nice an clean but the rooms need a very big refurbishment just old and worn out broken lamp shades light what dont work as the buld have done. The room need re doing to a modern standard would bit stay again until that would be addressed."

"We had a traumatic experience going to see `take `that weeks before. Trying to get a taxi out of the city. It was 1am when we got back to the hotel. The concert finished at 10.30. 5 women in our 60’s waiting on a pavement in Cardiff was awful. So I asked the Coach and Horses if we could cancel and have a refund (this hotel is a taxi ride way!) they refused as it was non refundable rooms. So I asked them several times.
