I did not realize this was a rental property/AirBnB when booking through Expedia, and was expecting a hotel until I got hit up for an additional cleaning fee above and beyond what Expedia was charging for the room. "The walk to Northgate Link was less than 10 minutes. Felt safe outside the hotel. Locked parking garage, clean facility, modern rooms, great service."

"The staff was nice. There was no one at the counter to check out, just a note to leave the keys on counter which is not wise. Area was sketchy and hard to find hotel. Outside was very ran down. Inside was ok. Continental breakfast was cereal, out meal and toast! I would have preferred to pay more and stay somewhere nicer. "
