"No where to park nearby started our trip badly. The reception was crowded and took ages to check in. Room OK. Bar service was terrible. I was charged £22 for premium gin as they had run out of house gin but failed to tell me before they pored my drink."

"The room was small and as situated at the front of the hotel quite noisy adjacent to the busy high street. There was no fridge, the air conditioning was poor and there was a noisy fan provided as compensation.
