That being said , the property looks tired, most of the staff of the hotel seemed unhappy to be there, and the location was very inconvenient; the ferry to Hamilton was helpful but there was a long break in the middle of the day where it didn’t run and it didn’t run at all on Sundays! "Everyone was great, the head chef was so kind. The food was great ! Flo the manager was super nice. Asif another manager was very kind and helpful. I told him my feet were hurting and he went and got my sandals for me. The staff were very accommodating, rushed to be helpful, I had a great time . The pool towards the beach was very cool. The view was beautiful."

"I stayed at a separate resort more than double the price my first 4 days and hands down this one was nicer, and is the one I’d return to. It’s cute, quiet and clean with the right touch of luxury. The mini kitchen was much appreciated."

I communicated to the staff during my stay that the service at the beach club was terrible.. they emailed an apology and insisted we return.. no thanks, just to have a waiter leave us sitting with water for 20 minutes at their main restaurant, Intrepid, the next day. we got up and left. Terrible service all around, and offered nothing to make it right,"
