"Room was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was awesome and free! We didn't feel all that safe though due to the locality and some of the clients. Would try to find something in a less sketchy part of town next time."

Embassy Suites by Hilton Montgomery Hotel & Conference Ctr
10/10 Excellent
"The only negative was that people were situated on the front lobby sofa with their shoes off, feet on the sofa, blankets around themselves and food bags on the floor in front of their shoes. I made a comment to the staff that homeless were camped out in the lobby and it was not a good look. She said they were guests. This kind of clientele made the hotel look like a cheap Motel 6 and I feel like she should have asked them at least to get their bare feet off the sofa."
