"Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. Or at least include the Petronas view. It was barely an upgrade. Completely different from The Prestige in Penang; they went all in but it is the Marriott experience. "

"For the price, it was very nice. Room was clean and well stocked with snacks, drinks, toiletries and in room amenities. AC was very cold around the property’s communal area and was very loud in the bedroom."

"Clean, well furnished rooms. Pleasantly surprised at low cost for the beautiful rooms, pool, delicious breakfast. I had wanted a transit hotel at the airport but this was at least 25mins away, with hotel shuttle. I would recommend this hotel."
