"We had an excellent experience at the Banyan Tree. The staff was very attentive and communication was simple through WhatsApp. Daria and Khem were so kind to us our whole stay! The happy hour bar on the beach was our personal favorite time. The location around the hotel felt a little isolated, there wasn’t all too much to do. However, it’s all made up for the great amenities and reasonable prices at the hotels many different restaurants. Highly recommend you book a tour to Hong Island directly...

"We stayed here 18 years ago on our honeymoon and have returned with our children. All I can say is that this place is a slice of heaven and even better than I remember it with the most attentive staff, we can honestly not fault a single one of them from the front security who I think may be the smiliest person I have ever met to the cleaners, the pool staff the buggy drivers, the spa staff and front desk.
