"The staff was nice and polite. The the location was clean. It would have been nice to have a ice machine on the 3rd floor instead of having to go to the first floor. This should be an considering upgrade since it's a 4 floor building. Wifi was weak on the 3rd floor which was unfortunate. Other than that the stay was good. Thank you all for your hospitality. "

"Great stay. Would book again. Clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Low on bath tissue and towels. We had to purchase extra bath tissue and towels for the week. Suggest to remind cleaning person to stay and wait for the towels to dry before hanging them up. The unit has washer/dryer and a wonderful kitchen with most of the utensils you would want. Recommend. "

"Issue I had was with staff. Not sure if the person who helped me was inexperienced but she charged my card 4x which locked my card and then told me my card was declined. My bank confirmed the charge went through. It was a daunting experience after I’ve been traveling that day for 10 hours. My service experience was terrible but the property was great. Hotel common areas and rooms were clean. Beds comfy. Shower spacious. Overall okay. "
