"So disappointing, I’m shocked by all the great reviews. Our room was so humid, the carpets felt damp. All the lamps in the room were extremely bright, and couldn’t be dimmed. The breakfast was sub-par. The only redeeming feature is the proximity to the airport, but the hotel is next door to a prison. There are so many hotels in the area, pass on this one. "

"Enjoyed our stay...staff was super friendly and efficient. Room was enjoyable, coffee maker didn't exactly work correctly but that didn't mean we didn't enjoy our time there."

"I loved everything about the room it was a handicapped accessible room. Only one problem the coat hangers and the hand held shower was way above my reach. Maybe in the future it will be better. The food was amazing the room large. Loved it "

"Amazing stay"

"Although the 8-10 foot fence around the property made me a little apprehensive, I felt safe knowing that they have taken precautions for that. The room was perfect! It was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The property is currently doing renovations and upgrades, so some parts of it were not accessible. I would not hesitate to book this property again. It is close enough to downtown Austin to make drive short and far enough away that the price is reasonable."

"It was an ok stay for just an overnight after a flight. Staff was nice and polite. Airport shuttle service was good. But the facility needs updated and maintained. Put on the 5th floor- no big deal, until the elevator broke and I had to haul luggage downstairs the next morning. And the stairwell had trash in it like someone was living/hanging out there. Kind of scary as a single woman. And j just saw the biggest cockroach in my life. The whole facility also smells really musty, like it recently flooded. Which maybe it did because the lobby had fans set up around it. Bathroom and bedding was clean."
