"The customer service was very good. Although we had separate rooms, my family was able to be on the same floor and hall in close proximity to each other. However, I was not excited about my room. We had a hard time closing the door until we were able to figure out how to keep it closed. The bed linen had stains on it, fortunately I brought my own blankets. I was really disappointed with the continental breakfast and the very few options that were available."

"Room was very clean minus under the bathroom sink had black mold underneath it. And only one working elevator which made check out extremely annoying because of the luggage carts and full elevators. Waited 25 mins just to be able to get to the main lobby."

"Arrived to check in and was told there would be a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. I asked what incidentals? and was told incase I damaged the room or smoked in the room, really? The room had a hair in the tub, a used towel under the sink, urine stain running down the outside of the toilet, the bolt lock on the door didn’t work, and the floors were dirty. I took off my shoes and walked around in the room in my white socks and the bottoms became filthy."

"The room was lovely and clean, and it included a small closet and hangers, an ironing board, and mini fridge. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making both the check-in and check-out process go smoothly. Both hot and cold options were available during the continental breakfast, and there were a variety of options. Overall, it was an excellent experience."
