"Staff and location was great , but the clean part was very poor , we rent two rooms and the ac from one of the room didn’t not coold as we want it ."

"I absolutely love the location because there's so many restaurants and beautiful shops. Bed was very comfortable and clean. They did a great job with our free breakfast feeding our family of 9 before heading to our carribean cruise. Also 12 minutes to port of Miami. Prices were a bit steep but great location. Staff were very friendly, which is a big bonus! Would definitely stay again."

"Staff friendly, clean room, convenient shop in lobby that had the eye drops I needed. Location is far from any shops and there are not too many nearby restaurants. But will stay again for future trips."

"The hotel was very clean, close to the airport. One plus is that it offers transportation to and from the airport every hour on the hour. A minus is that there are no elevators in property."

"The ride to the Miami port was not great arrangements were done, but it wasn’t on time kept getting the run around about the time. Paid for shuttle ride to amd from the airport, didn’t get a ride back after I paid my money in full. I will be calling corporate"

"Still has daily housekeeping. Very nice. 2026 summer beach in entire area covered in seaweed. Building is old. Air conditioning is noisy. Bar excellent. Expected parking fee. Unexpected $40 per day resort fee. Very disappointing. Entitled guests. Noisy children."
