"The staff is amazing,friendly and always welcoming, the property is a bit old needs some improvement specially on the bedrooms ,overall not bad for the price."

"The property is clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was helpful and good. But the staff at the front desk and the restaurant ‘Kester’ was very unfriendly. They didn’t know anything you ask them. I was charged etc on the bill from the restaurant which I didn’t buy. No one cared to resolve the matter. Never going there again."

"The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The rooms looked like they had been updated very quickly. The flooring was separated from the floor. The shower doors were installed backwards so tons of water escapes when you shower. The bathroom had a barn door style door which offered limited privacy. If this was a less expensive hotel it would be fine. I think it was disappointing for the cost."

"Nice location in South beach. Freindly staff. Hotel is need of much needed updating, Our lamps were rusty and the phones were yellowed and very old. I thought the resort fee was high at $42 for the amenities offered. The umbrella charge of $38 was extreme. "

"Unfortunately this stay was due to a family member death in the family and it was last minute so the front desk was very nice and really accommodated us so we could take a quick nap and change from our overnight flight clothes by letting us check in early. The room was nice and very comfortable and I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of all the staff "
