"Very offended that staff on the beach took 2 beach chairs away from us unless we paid for them, claiming I’d be taking chairs away from others. Meanwhile there was many many many chair’s unoccupied and/or tied up. I paid for 4 people to be in my room, and was paying a $75 per day resort fee, which should’ve included a chair for 4 people to sit on. How ridiculous. "

"The property list they have a resturant. The resturant has been close since last year and is not plan on reopening. I had to walk a half mile in the cold to the nearest open facility"

"Easy pick up at airport from shuttle. Easy transfer to cruise port. Got in late check was quick. Had late breakfast at restaurant upstairs which was good. Hotel was clean and met our needs "

"Overall an excellent experience with a few notes: - WiFi was poor and made work impossible at times and affected TV channels in room - 20% gratuity included in everything everywhere at the property. Made prices pretty steep across the board - $50 resort fee - check when you book if that’s included or not. -staff very friendly and helpful so the guaranteed tip didn’t seem to cause any reduced service level overall I recommend this property for families with kids "

"Overall, I would rate this hotel as okay for a quick overnight stay with a nice pool and generally nice rooms. A few issues with this hotel is there is no airport shuttle, which is pretty standard for the surrounding hotels. They said it's a quick uber/lyft/taxi right, which is correct. However, if you are going during peak hours or odd times with a family of 5, then trips to/from can add up quickly. Second, we stayed at this hotel after returning from a cruise. We arrived early and they tried to charge $30 for early checkin. This was around 1pm for a 3pm check-in. Ridiculous! The hotel is not located walking distance to restaurants, so you will need to do delivery for lunch/dinner. Last, the hotel is right in the runway path of the airport, so you will hear planes all day & night. With all that said, the staff was courteous and helpful, but management puts them in a tough position to deliver great service, when there is no shuttle service and they are nickel & diming you for airport transportation, paid parking, etc. While you may save a few dollars on the nightly rate, you will be paying more given these issues. I'd recommend staying at hotels just south of the airport. They are quieter and walking distance to several chain restaurants if you want a quick bite. "
