"It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Only a couple of things that are small but... We were told breakfast went till 10am. Apparently that is only on weekends...and we got there late Sunday night, so by the time we got to breakfast it was closed. I know it's a tough job but the woman running the breakfast was not very friendly or accommodating."

"I had a terrible experience with this hotel, and I would strongly caution others before staying here. The front desk arranged a taxi for us to go to PortMiami and clearly quoted us a flat rate of $75. However, as we got close to the port, the driver suddenly changed the price to $138 with no explanation. This felt like a complete scam. To make matters even worse, the driver didn’t even take us to the correct cruise terminal. We were dropped off two terminals away and forced to walk the rest of the way with all of our luggage. It was stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable—especially when trying to make it to a cruise on time. Since this ride was arranged directly through the hotel, they should take responsibility for the services they recommend. Referring guests to a driver who engages in deceptive pricing and provides poor service reflects very poorly on the hotel. This experience ruined the start of our trip. I would not trust this hotel to arrange anything for you—especially transportation. Be very careful if you stay here. And I’m not a tourist ! "

"Our room was dirty, and we had cockroaches and termites, I do have pictures! We did move in the pouring rain to another room. During our stay, the cleaning staff did not change our bed sheets. The pool was very small, and they use recirculated water. Did not smell any chlorine/chemicals, and the water was freezing. Property needs updated very bad. But see the bugs I was disgusted. "
