"Booked wrong airport Hobby instead of Bush. Contacted within 5mins of booking after realising my error. It was close to midnight when I booked after a flight delays and missed connections. They denied the cancellation. I tried again but they did not budge. Terrible long term business vision."

"I was very disappointed in my stay. First off, when booking, there was two options in the photos and I chose the option photo with a walk in shower, however, the room I got had a tub/shower. The room was out dated and small. Bed was not comfortable however the pillows were. Not a quiet night as I could hear the highway noise all night. "Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues. The room appeared mostly clean, however we found several hairs in the bed sheets and noticed ants on the bathroom counter. We were also surprised that a double queen room only came stocked with two towels, so we had to request additional towels each day.

"The room was very clean somewhat there was hai inside the bathtub so I wasn’t able to use it. Air conditioner didn’t get cold it took 1 hour before we feel the coldness. It was hard to find the parking we found the easiest parking valet when we were about to leave. But overall it was very neat and close to everything. I will stay longer so I can actually enjoy the amenities and we didn’t have a chance to check out the bar and the breakfast."
