"I expected a much better experience based on this hotel’s reputation and rating. The lobby is attractive and makes a good first impression, but unfortunately the room did not meet the same standard.
The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. We found dirty towels and dirty tables when we arrived, and instead of calling housekeeping, we ended up cleaning and disinfecting the room ourselves so we could feel comfortable staying there.
The beds were also much firmer than expected, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. In addition, the room felt smaller than expected. I’ve stayed at Hyatt Place properties with noticeably larger and more comfortable rooms.
Overall, this hotel did not feel like a true 4.5-star property. While the location is convenient and the lobby is nice, the cleanliness and room experience fell short of expectations. I hope management pays closer attention to housekeeping, as that would make a significant difference."
