Every building I went into was dirty….I was refused help by more than 2 employees one bring a manager…Hope This place is ran by kids…kids at a first job…zero consideration m, zero care in the world and definitely zero professionalism for a family vacation “resort”. "The main slides and lazy river were closed including the larger slide in the kids area. Phone in room didn’t work. No towels in any room bathrooms. Room was not clean, hair from previous guests on pillow and in bathroom. My son had a live roach in his room. Hallways in our building were carpeted a d smelled like mildew. Our second night there we were woken up not once but twice by the hotel fire alarm going off, people running to evacuate in the middle of the night. No idea what caused it and we were never told. Poor experience."

"Pool and room was ok but I'am dissapointed for lack of clear communication between expedia and hotel, I pay 200$ for less than 14 hrs of hotel, I arrived at 6:00 pm and anybody told until pay for, that the water park close at 7:00pm so I did'nt enjoy nothing! and the check out was at 10:00 am as well. I ask for late check out and was impossible they said and the hotel was empty. So I feel that I waste my money. Plus they charge me 70$ for parking and taxes and expedia platform said it was 48$ so I dont understand"

"Check-in young lady was VERY sweet and kind. Beds were extremely comfortable and the black out curtains were legit. Grounds were clean, manicured, and nicely themed."
