"Our room was right by the elevator and hall to the lobby. Loved that. My only issue was the bus service. My daughter has an electric wheel chair. We went to the bus. The first bus was for epic and sent us to the second bus station even though we were at the city walk station. Fine. Then that bus was full and sent us to the bus behind them that was literally empty. Three girls ran on and the bus and as I was motioning to the driver it zoomed away. The next bus that came was the same one from epic. He asked how long we had been waiting and I told him since he had left and I explained it happened but he did call to find out what was going on in another bus was right behind him. It was ridiculous my child is handicapped. Not that we should get special treatment I don’t think that at all but telling me you couldn’t wait for us for the two seconds it took us to get back to the front of your bus because you sent us away"

"Best hotel experience thus far. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and staff. There were fun activities for all age groups and places to relax. The river raft was so much fun, and my grandson enjoyed the kids' pool area. They even had a full-course breakfast special. We definitely would be returning."

"The room and staff were lovely. The breakfast was good! I definitely loved the bacon the most. The pool was clean and the shuttle to Disney World was great. The only thing was that the shuttle was late on many days, but I don't hold that against the hotel!"
