"I only have 1 maybe 2 complaints, 1 I was laying in bed and I heard keys rattling at the door, I assumed it was my husband, it was not. It was a male staff member and he opened the door without knocking, poked his head into the room. He did leave immediately but it was disturbing and kind of scared me. I could tell he was there to clean the room and I guess maybe that was my fault for not having the tag on the door? Also I wish you had bigger towels. "

"After hours check in was a little different. If you arrive after 4pm you text the phone number in your reservation and they give you your room assignment and code to get into your room. Pretty prompt in response time. Code did not work, so text back and new code was given with a few minutes. Love the concept and would choose a bigger room if I were staying longer. "This place is an unknown gem! It's not fancy but very comfortable. The bed/pillows were soft like I need them to be. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again and again as I travel."
