"This property was good for the price. We didn’t find anything that we would eat at breakfast. We would’ve loved more options (such as non packaged oatmeal, boiled eggs, non pork options, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, etc…) The courtyard was very secluded and pleasant. The room was a bit stuffy even with the AC on. We would consider staying here again on returning to Ann Arbor. The location was in a quiet neighborhood- which was nice."

"It's next to a state highway and you hear the semi truck downshift and honking horns. This wakes you up at anytime of the day horrible."

"I asked for room cleaning and a blanket. For over four nights, neither one of those were provided despite multiple requests. The first night the phones were down so there was no response. The second night the front desk manager said he was off desk so couldn’t pick up. I spoke to the front desk more than a couple of times each time asking for both but not even once did anyone check or respond. The only saving grace was the coffee shop host who was excellent to talk to and provided friendly...

"I always stay at the Kensington when visiting Ann Arbor. It is always clean and attractive. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable."

"you need to take a small staircase to get to the elevator. there's a sign for wheelchair access, but it hardly seems ADA-friendly to have to take some circuitous route."
