"It was easy to check in, park and get to our room. Before going up to our room though, one of my daughters noticed the sign for breakfast times and area. While checking in we were asked how many in the room but we’re not told about continental breakfast. Also after going out and having dinner, getting ready to go to sleep, we didn't have enough pillows or towels for shower. I called desk about 9:30pm and we were asked to wait about a half hour. About 10:10pm I called again to find out message...

"Staff was generally fine. Problems: TV in room was very, very snowy. Unwatchable. Morning breakfast is not really a breakfast. Just a snack. Kinda misleading. If you check to see if a room is available before their normal check-in of 3 o'clock they will charge you an extra $55 if they have rooms ready. Never seen this before. Property is old and a bit tired. When we finally checked in we had to changed one room due to smoke smell. Plus a $100 damage fee is charged. Won't know if returned until...

"I love staying at this Four Points when in town. Free Airport shuttle runs every 30 min. My highlight was front desk agent Neha. She was so helpful from the time I spoke with her on the phone, check in, to check out and friendly. Both airport shuttle driver were also friendly and drove safely. "Absolutely stunning property with tremendously spacious rooms, my room even had a large desk and a little fireplace. The bathroom had a standing shower with multiple shower heads and a full tub. There was a skylight in the bathroom that let in a lot of natural light even into the main room.
