"Negatives: Check-in takes a long time. Be prepared to wait in line! The additional costs add up quickly. You'll need to be very mindful and you can't take many things in to the waterpark. If you're not going to pay for premium seating, get in line for the waterpark early. Last - if you are placed in building #2, it will be a LONG walk to the pools. Not a problem for us, but important to note. NOTE we were there during spring break, so perhaps in off times, it is not as busy. Positives: Resort is beautifully kept. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service on the rooms isn't daily but they are wonderful about trash pickup and clean towels. I still felt they took good care of us. The shared areas are kept clean and welcoming. The lobby shop has a good selection if you're missing a thing or two. "

"My daughter enjoyed breakfast and the amenities. It is close to everything. there were many selections for breakfast, and tables it’s right by the pool which was pretty great. The hotel was fairly new. I like the Sauna by the pool. I just wish that the room price will be better."

"We went for a family vacation and booked through Hotels.com. I believe we had lower quality rooms because of this. There was sand all over the floor when walking in. The floor was tile with no entry rug to stop it from spreading whenever you came in and out. The rain shower looks nice but there is no way to prevent it from leaking all over the bathroom floor. Mixing water with sand on your feet, you never feel truly clean. Not to mention all the sand that ends up in your bed and they never changed our sheets!! My child was afraid we would get bed bugs! The chest of drawers smelled like mildew so we lived out of our suitcases for 5 days! The storage in the room is terrible. Knowing people will need to hang wet items around, you would think there would be more options in the room to accommodate that. The resort is WAY OVER PRICED. They nickel and dime you for everything! "
