I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Kompose Hotel. The rooms were extremely bare and lacked even the most basic amenities. Aside from a bed and low-quality shampoo, there was nothing provided — no microwave, no chair, no table, and no space to comfortably eat food. For a 7-day stay, this level of minimalism is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or convenience.
Additionally, the hotel charged us for just 2 hours of early check-in, despite the fact that we were staying for an entire week. This felt unnecessarily rigid and not customer-friendly, especially for longer stays.
The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. Items were frequently out of stock, and there were consistently long lines, sometimes lasting around 30 minutes, just to access basic pre-made eggs. By the time we reached the waffle station, the batter was often already depleted. This poor planning and lack of replenishment occurred multiple times and made breakfast inconvenient and frustrating.
Another concern was the on-site restaurant, K Bistro, which automatically adds a default 20% service fee — even for something as simple as a to-go sandwich. This felt excessive and not transparent, especially when there was minimal or no service involved.
Overall, the hotel appears to prioritize a minimalist setup at the expense of guest comfort and service quality. Combined with poor breakfast management, unexpected charges, and additional ser"
