"Very welcoming, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean throughout the guest house, everyone was very polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was absolutely gorgeously dressed and immaculately clean, with a fan, drinks tray with biscuits and toiletries all ready for us to use. Breakfast was simply amazing. Would highly recommend a stay here to enjoy the sights and sounds of Southend on Sea. X"
