"This is a new hotel charging a premium price for rooms. The price is not justified. Rooms are cheaply constructed, too small and poorly lit. Bathroom floor came with someone else's hair. We got the last 2 full size paper plates at breakfast. Other guests were told to use small plates and staff made no immediate effort to go out and buy more plates. Best of all...on top of this there is a hidden $10 service fee charged at check in. Definitely won't be back."
