"Super stay for 1 night. The hotel is used by tour groups so breakfast can be crowded at certain times. Coffee machine terribly slow and forms a queue - but there is filter coffee , tea and various flavoured teas if you can't wait. Staff are super efficient and kind, even the maintenance man helping elderly people with their bags on the steps. "Cannot fault this place at all, it’s absolutely wonderful. Stayed for four nights. Staff were incredibly welcoming and smiley, on hand 24/7 to help with anything. Room was immaculate with everything you could need, air-con was a godsend! Lovely balcony to sit out on in the morning with a coffee. The pool area was fantastic, not the biggest but that made it more cosy, felt more like a private pool at times! It was really peaceful and quiet. "The staff was amazing! During our stay my husband suddenly became very ill and they gave us a late checkout, delivered medication and allowed us to stay in the hotel for as long as we needed until he felt better. The hotel was also located in a beautiful and central area so it was very easy to move around!"
