"Warm welcome to the hotel, with a nice coffee shop and wine bar on the ground floor. The hotel was well maintained, and always smelt fresh. Room service was around everyday, would have like a door sign to indicate when we wanted room service or were happy without, and also the shower leaked under the door, but otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. "

"Absolutely fabulous location. Couple of minutes walk to the piazza. The underground is less than a minute walk. Lots of bars and food places. The hotel is spotless. Staff are lovely. And that bed. Oh my word, I wanted to take it with me to the next hotel! Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stairs are not for the faint hearted though! "

"Loved my stay. Great place. So close to the bus station and many restaurants and bars. Was worried it would be noisy because it was close to the stadium but it was quiet and peaceful."

"The property was situated in the old town in a great location. A little tricky to find at first but once we located it was great to explore Bilbao. Parking at an additional cost was close by."
