"The motel was clean and accessible. Our room was secure, spacious and clean, it was a lovely space to kick back and relax - there was storage space for belongings and travel bags! The mattress was also comfortable :) Staff were great at communicating where to pick up our room key via text message and responsive to any updates from our end. "The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The location in the city centre was very convenient, but there was a fair bit of noise overnight (traffic as well as people moving their suitcases in the early hours), so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. My main complaint was that the temperature setting of the fridge/freezer wasn't cold enough when we arrived, so the freezer thawed out overnight and we had to throw out some food.
