"I had a good check in the women working was great! Unfortunately the key they gave me to open my room didn’t work so they upgraded me. During the night my credit card was billed $260 dollars plus room service $69. At check out at 5am I asked about the $260 dollars plus the $100 deposit plus I had payed for the room. $390. The fella working wasn’t bothered at all he causally said oh yeah that’s standard operating procedure you’ll get your money back in 5 days. I don’t see why this happens. He...
