The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………"

"The Latch Inn is a beautiful property that is well worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Free parking was a bonus. The building is old so there are some idiosyncrasies associate with that but the room was lovely and spacious."

"It was not the hotel's fault, but the power went out because some transformer exploded. It was the night before preparing to run the BMO marathon. I was preparing my things in the dark... The staff was helpful in giving me a flashlight. The power eventually was restored around 12:30am. I stayed in the 9th floor on the west tower, and only 1 out of the 2 elevator worked so it was a pain waiting for it take me up and down. The morning of the race, none of the elevators worked at all! And I had...
