"I loved the property! In the beggining, Ernest at the front desk wasn't willing to accommodate my dad checking in early because we booked through Expedia and not the hotel. My dad needed to go to the room because he is elderly and has knee replacements and couldn't make it all day at Dollywood before check in time. I ended up calling back at shift change and the young gentleman was very accommodating in letting me update my reservation to allow my disabled dad to check in. Plan on staying...

"We wanted a nice, quiet place for an overnight stay. The price was very reasonable, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked just fine. We were very happy with our stay."

"The bedding was clean but the carpeting felt a little damp. This could be because the AC was set to 68° and high when we came in late. There was a glade plug-in to mask any musty smells. The areas where the carpet met the doorframes were coming up. You have to hold the knob down on the toilet for a good 10 seconds or more just to get it to flush completely. We did see a palmetto bug by the toilet but it was dying. This is an older hotel, and I know that the new owners are very slowly doing...

"The room was ok. Bed frame had springs and was very loud with every position change and was not very comfortable. The ice machine was gross. There was mold on the outside. There was no fire alarm/ smoke detector, but the frame for it was on the wall in the room. There wasn’t enough trash cans. The shower was terrible. The shower curtain was short. The drain was slow and water went everywhere. The floor was soaked with a shower. The hot/ cold water was switched on the sink. The floor was filthy....

"Television didnt work, they came to fix it, it worked for about 2 monutes and it stopped. There was a lady that just waltzed into our room at 7am and said that she thought we were gone because we left our keys in the room, we had 2 adjoining rooms with our kids, i was a little more than livid since my stay was made uncofortable for me and my family. I will give no recomendation for this property. Walking room to room looking inside the windows to see if guests are still there. There is a reason...
