"Very disappointing experience
From Sep 24-28th, my sister and I stayed at Royal Harbour Resort and encountered problems from the start. The microwave in our room did not work, so staff eventually brought one from another room.
The next day, after returning from the pool, we found that the shower water was rusty-brown with visible black particles. The front desk told us to let it run, but after 15 minutes, it had not cleared. We were then told a manager would follow up, but after waiting about...

"Good stay for one night, and excellent communication with the host!
What I will mention is that getting into the condo was a bit confusing, so this is more of an FYI for future travellers. The host was incredible with communication throughout. Most of the challenges I experienced were related to navigating the building rather than the accommodation itself.
To park, you need a fob that is located in the condo. After arriving, I stopped at the front desk to ask about accessing my floor and was...

"Excellent host. Close to amenities. Convenient parking. Nice apartment. The only slight issue and not the fault of the owner was, that it's in a slightly sketchy area. Within a block to a block and a half of the apartment there was wide spread open drug taking, emaciated vagrants and prostitution. The area felt a little unsafe after dark."
