"Our overall experience was excellent. We did have a concern in the dining room on Saturday morning where a person brought in their small dog and was sitting on the bench seat next to other guest. The waitress bought over a dish of water for the dog to drink on the floor and the person requested it to be on the seat. "Hotel is very clean, even the washrooms. I liked the fact that the reception let me know at check-in, that the view from my room was poor and if needed they can assign a room with a better view. Also they offer a free storage while waiting for check i, so you can wander around. It's unfortunate that the Woodbine mall is "dying"."
