"The room was very clean and looked newly renovated. The facilities were excellent. I had requested a quiet room upon check-in, but I'm not sure if it's because all rooms of this type face the main road—even at midnight, I could still hear the noise from outside. The air conditioner was also quite loud. Additionally, the time display on the microwave was way too bright, which affected my sleep."

"Had a great stay in a king suite! It was easy to get to on public transit. All the staff were very friendly, allowing an early check-in, as well as storing our luggage for a later departure. I am unsure how this hotel was rated below 4 stars on Google as it exceeded what we were expecting. The breakfast buffet was also good with lots of hot options and fresh fruit (including strawberries, blueberries and watermelon!) and kids eat free. We would stay here again if visiting Toronto."
