"Our new favorite place to stay in Santa Rosa. The hotel is stylish with art everywhere, of course. You can walk to a world famous brewery or all of the shops and restaurants in downtown SR. The room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and in the morning we loved that the continental breakfast had so many choices. Highly recommended."

"Great location at downtown Ashland very walkable to everything. This is our second time staying upgraded to stay at the deluxe room is better room with two queens. Helpful front desk, free breakfast daily, food was ok. Has a small swimming pool my teens thinks is too small for them but some other kids enjoyed it. A hot tub but we were there during the hottest days of the year cannot make use of it. Has EV chargers 2 stations, which is very rare for small town. We were there for our annual Shakespeare festival the area is nice and feel safe. We enjoyed the park and festival plus some good fancy restaurants walking distance from our hotel. We hardly need to drive once we arrived. We will book again."

"Charming, cozy and quaint. Clean and comfortable and safe feeling. Staff was very welcoming and it felt like they took pride and ownership. Cutest breakfast room. Balcony view of river was special. I would definitely stay again."

"The room was clean except a letter size paper left on the floor in sink area, not sure how they missed something that big. The bed to me was uncomfortable and I tossed all night. Breakfast was good. Now the hallway and stairs to the room was very dirty and in bad condition."
