"An excellent guesthouse! We stayed here on the way back from Jokulsarlon. kirkjubæjarklaustur is only about 10min drive away, with lots of dining options. The room was spacious and clean. We had a room with a private bathroom, which was really convenient. The room stayed really warm, and we couldn't keep the window open wide enough to stay cool during the night... Breakfast was excellent! "

"Our family of 5 had a large and comfortable upstairs room at the guest house. It had a nice view of the countryside off of a small balcony. It slept 5 comfortably. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was included and had a small variety of options that was a good size for the number of guests. The goats next door on the farm were very cute. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"This is a lovely guesthouse about 10 minutes off of the main road. This meant it was a quiet location, which was actually surrounded by farms and farm animals. It was a beautiful location! We had a small room with a private bath, but there was a shared bath across the hall that was clearly marked that it was only for two rooms to use. We spent some time in the evening chatting with other guests which was fun. We did not stay for breakfast, but it looked like a nice spread and the breakfast...

"Hotel was very nice. The signage for the hotel actually read "The Hill at Fleudir" but the accommodations were very good and the breakfast was 4.5 star."
