"The Holiday Inn Express was in a safe, relatively tranquil location. The Colorado River behind the inn was really nice. The staff was very helpful and considerate. Check-in was easy. They had a "mini-mart" area with a few things. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was plenty big and clean. They even had a sign indicating they could provide forgotten items like toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. at no extra charge...very considerate. The shower was easy to control the water temperature....
"We loved our stay at this hotel. We had the king size bed suite with a pullout couch option. The pullout had an actual mattress and bedding (with real pillows, not just using the couch cushions like some hotels have). My only drawback was the parking fee of $50 (for one night) and no locker room to shower/change after a day in the pool. "The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Room service is not available. If you need clean linens, you have to ask for them.
There is only one mirror in the bathroom and could really use a full length mirror outside the bathroom door. Also in the bathroom, hooks could be placed on the wall for convenience of hanging things like clothes, etc. The hairdryer seems to blow hot air, but it really does not dry your hair well at all, so bring your own.

"Booked last minute due to a storm. Check in was perfectly smooth. Dude at the desk was friendly. Room was cozy and comfy. Its the mountains so you might see a critter like I did but that certainly doesn't take away from the room. My only issue is low water pressure in the shower. Painfully low. And although the bed was fine, I'd like to see an updated mattress. I'll definitely consider staying here again."
"Casita was a good layout for our family of 5 who appreciates separate sleeping areas with doors that actually divide the rooms. However, we would not recommend this room type for several reasons.
