Maybe it was more about the humidity but they just felt gross. I really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and being able to go up to the village which had so many wonderful restaurants, bars and shops. "We had never been to Manchester before but when we drove past it, I noticed it immediately. They happened to have 1 room left for my son & I so we were very lucky to stay there. We enjoyed everything about it - the comfy beds & cute rooms, sitting by the pool drinking a glass of wine, walking around the historic house, rocking in a chair on the front porch, the close vicinity to a couple of restaurants and just chatting with the staff. We had to leave early the next morning which bummed us out...
